  • 1. How do I download the Membr app?
    To access the gym via our new QR code system, you'll need to download the Membr app. It’s available on both Android and iOS devices: For Android users: Membr for Android For iOS users: Membr for IOS Once downloaded, visit reception to update your account details and password if you're a previous member so you can sign in to the app and start using the QR code for entry. If you are a new member, Register for your Membership Package Then download the membr app, Log in and use your new QR Code to gain access to the gym.
  • 2. What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password or want to change my email?
    If you need to update your password or change your email, simply pop by reception during your next visit. Our team will help update your details to ensure smooth access via the app.
  • 3. Is there a contract for memberships?
    No, we offer a no-contract membership, meaning you have the flexibility to cancel at any time. This gives you the freedom to manage your fitness journey on your own terms, without being locked into a long-term commitment.
  • 4. How can I cancel my membership?
    If you wish to cancel your membership, you’ll need to do it directly through your banking app or by visiting your local bank branch. Since we don’t have fixed contracts, membership payments are managed through your bank and can be stopped at any time. Please only cancel 3-5 days before your next payment due date to avoid the next charge. If you cancel your membership to early it may restrict you gym access.
  • 5. Do you offer group fitness classes?
    Currently, we do not offer group fitness classes. Our focus is on providing high-quality gym equipment, spacious workout areas, and a relaxed environment where you can follow your own training routine at your pace.
  • 6. What are the gym's opening hours?
    Our gym is open: Monday to Friday: 6:00 am - 10:00 pm Saturday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Sunday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • 8. What facilities are included in my membership?
    All our memberships provide full access to: State-of-the-art gym equipment Changing rooms and showers Pre workouts and post workouts Personal training services (available for an additional fee)
  • 9. Who do I contact for assistance with the app?

  • 10. What is the age limit?
    Our age policy is strictly 16 and over due to the amount of heavy machinery within the gym.
